What is Randorn?
Randorn is a cloud-based team workspace for documentation, project tracking, and workflow coordination. Teams use it to organize internal knowledge, assign tasks, and follow repeatable processes. It is sold as a software subscription.
How does Randorn make money?
We charge subscription fees for Team and Business plans. The Free plan is available at no cost with usage limits. We do not sell advertising, user data, or third-party leads. See pricing for current rates.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you use core features with up to five members at no charge. Paid plans can be evaluated by subscribing monthly; annual plans include a 14-day refund window as described in our Refund Policy.
Where is my data stored?
Customer data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States. We use encryption in transit and at rest. See our Security page and Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel paid subscriptions from your account settings or by emailing billing@randorn.xyz. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund eligibility depends on your plan and timing—see the Refund Policy.
Do you offer invoices for businesses?
Yes. Annual Business contracts above $5,000 USD may request invoice billing with net-30 terms. Contact billing@randorn.xyz.
What support is included?
Free plans include community documentation. Team plans include email support at support@randorn.xyz. Business plans include priority email support with faster response targets during business hours.
Can guests access our workspace?
Guest access is available on Team and Business plans. Guests can view or edit specific documents and projects you share without using a full member seat, subject to permission settings.
Does Randorn integrate with other tools?
Team and Business plans support integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier. Business plans add Microsoft 365 calendar sync and webhooks. See features for the current list.
