How billing works

Subscription model

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You are charged per member seat on Team and Business plans. Removing members adjusts your next invoice proportionally.

Payment methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. Business customers may request invoice billing with net-30 terms for annual contracts above $5,000 USD. Contact billing@randorn.xyz.

Upgrades & downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Data limits on Free may require archiving content before downgrading.

Refunds

Annual subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used paid features. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
