Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains cancellation and refund terms for paid subscriptions to Randorn team workspace software, provided by Randorn Labs, Inc.
Free plan
The Free plan does not involve charges. You may stop using it at any time without contacting us.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly Team and Business plans are billed at the start of each billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable after the charge date. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the current paid period; you will not be charged again.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are billed upfront. You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual purchase if:
- You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits defined for evaluation (e.g., extensive member invites or data migration beyond trial scope)
- The request is sent to billing@randorn.xyz from the account owner email
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remaining term. You may cancel renewal to avoid future charges.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Renewal charges follow the same refund rules based on billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Downgrades
Downgrading from a paid plan to Free or a lower tier takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time when downgrading mid-cycle, except where required by law.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@randorn.xyz within 30 days. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded.
How to cancel
Cancel through your account billing settings or email billing@randorn.xyz with your account email and organization name. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically delete your data. Export content before closure if needed.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve billing concerns. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
