Workspace administrators assign roles and permissions. Business plans support SAML single sign-on and audit logs of administrative actions.
Randorn is hosted on established U.S.-based cloud providers with physical security, redundancy, and monitoring. We do not operate on-premise installations for standard plans.
Production databases are backed up on a regular schedule. Backups are encrypted and retained according to our internal disaster recovery procedures.
Employee access to production systems is limited by role, requires multi-factor authentication, and is logged. Customer content is accessed only when necessary for support with customer authorization or legal obligation.
We maintain an incident response process. If a breach affects customer personal data, we will notify affected customers and regulators as required by applicable law.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the Randorn service, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. Status updates are communicated via our support channels. This target is a goal, not a guarantee; see our Terms of Service for limitations.
Customers are responsible for maintaining strong passwords, managing workspace permissions appropriately, and complying with their own regulatory obligations when storing content in Randorn.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information.
If you believe you have found a security issue, contact security@randorn.xyz with sufficient detail to reproduce the concern. Please do not publicly disclose issues before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
