Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Randorn website and cloud-based team workspace software ("Service") provided by Randorn Labs, Inc. ("Randorn," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Randorn provides software for documentation, project tracking, and workflow coordination. Features vary by subscription plan as described on our pricing page. We may modify features with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid functionality.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@randorn.xyz of unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance per the selected billing cycle. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees and taxes. Price changes apply to subsequent renewal periods with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts
- Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Randorn a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have rights to the content you upload.
6. Intellectual property
Randorn and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality and security
We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy and Security page. You are responsible for configuring workspace permissions appropriately.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDORN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANDORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO RANDORN IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Randorn against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Termination
You may cancel at any time through account settings or by contacting billing@randorn.xyz. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete data after a retention period described in our documentation.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
